Overview
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return a product, please review this policy carefully before initiating a return. All returns require prior authorization and must meet the conditions outlined below.
Return window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to initiate a return
- Contact us by phone or email to request a return. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Write the RGA number clearly on the outside of your return shipment. Returns received without a valid RGA number will be refused.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your store credit within 5 business days.
Restocking fees
Approved returns are subject to restocking fees as follows:
- Items shipped from our warehouse: 35% restocking fee
- Manufacturer drop-ship items: Restocking fees are determined by the manufacturer's terms and conditions and will be communicated at the time of return approval
The restocking fee is deducted from your store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt. RT Process & Supply is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds & store credit
All approved refunds are issued as store credit to your account. Store credit may be applied to any future purchase.
Store credit balances must be applied within one (1) year of issuance. Unused balances after one year are subject to cancellation per our Terms & Conditions.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Special order, made-to-order, non-cancelable, or non-returnable items
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way
- Products modified or fabricated at your request
- Items not in their original, resalable condition and packaging
- Items for which a return request is made more than 30 days after the shipment date
Not sure if your item qualifies? Contact us before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Do not discard the original packaging — we may need photos of the damage for a carrier or manufacturer claim.
Damaged items caused by shipping should be documented on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details on damaged shipments.
