Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MT

Shipping carrier & rates

We ship via UPS for all standard orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Freight shipments

Some large or heavy items — including pumps, tanks, and other industrial equipment — may require freight (LTL) shipping rather than standard UPS service. If your order qualifies as a freight shipment:

  • A member of our team will contact you to arrange freight delivery and confirm any additional shipping costs
  • Freight delivery typically requires someone present to receive and inspect the shipment
  • Please inspect all freight deliveries carefully before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

Important: Do not refuse a freight delivery due to damage. Accept the shipment, note the damage on the delivery receipt, and contact us immediately at 801-561-8877 or sales@rtprocess.com.

Manufacturer direct & drop ship items

Some products ship directly from the manufacturer. For these items:

  • Processing and lead times may differ from standard orders
  • You will receive a separate tracking number when the item ships from the manufacturer
  • If your order contains both stocked and drop ship items, they may arrive in separate shipments

If you need a firm lead time on a specific item, contact us before placing your order and we will confirm availability and estimated ship date.

Domestic shipping only

At this time, RT Process & Supply ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. Please contact us if you have specific shipping needs outside these areas.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com or through your account on our website.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • For damaged shipments: retain all packaging materials and take photos before opening or using the product
  • For lost shipments: allow 1–2 additional business days beyond the expected delivery date before contacting us, as UPS tracking can occasionally show delays
